SHIPPING TIMES & COSTS

All our products are shipped directly from our independent designers and artists, who use their own packaging and shipping providers. Since we collaborate with various independent creators, shipping times are estimates, and shipping fees vary depending on the designer. For detailed information on shipping costs, origins, production times for made-to-order items, and dispatch times, please refer to the 'Shipping' tab on each product page. Note that shipping costs may be higher when ordering from multiple designers.

Upon shipping, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please be aware that The Innovart Show is not responsible for missed deliveries and reserves the right to charge for the shipping costs of uncollected packages. Our shipping rates are carefully structured to cover most shipments. We aim for fairness and affordability for our customers.

TRACKING

Once an item is shipped, you will receive an automated email with tracking information. Please check the status of your parcel, as customs and taxes may need to be paid to receive your order. Failure to pay these charges on time may result in the return of your parcel, and you will be liable to pay the taxes as these will have been charged to the designer.

TAXES & DUTIES

Please note that product prices and shipping costs do not include taxes and import duties. These charges may apply when the shipment reaches the destination country, and customers are responsible for paying them. Check the shipping tab on the product page(s) for the location of the item. Failure to do so may result in the item being returned, with taxes and return costs deducted from your refund amount.

The Innovart Show currently cannot estimate or collect import duties for you. For an indication of the potential cost, you may use an online calculator such as Simply Duty. Keep in mind that these values are estimates, and actual charges may vary (e.g., the calculator may apply a standard VAT rate and not include the carrier’s admin surcharge).

RETURNS

Please note that items categorized as made-to-order, pre-order, art pieces, jewelry, accessories, bags, hair items/wigs, lingerie, and swimwear are exempt from our returns and refunds policy. Additionally, certain designers do not permit returns or refunds, as explicitly mentioned on their product listings. For items eligible for returns, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it. If you wish to make a return, please email theinnovart.show@gmail.com with "Return - your order number" in the subject line and the reason for return. We will then provide you with instructions and the return address.

You have the right to open the package and check the contents, but the product must be returned unused. All original packaging and price labels must be returned with the product without alteration. The refund will be processed within 3-5 working days of receiving the item. Please note that shipping costs cannot be refunded, and you are responsible for the costs of returning the goods.

EXCHANGES

Please email theinnovart.show@gmail.com with your exchange request, and a member of our team will assist you. Customers are responsible for the associated shipping costs of exchanges. However, not all items are eligible for exchange, such as made-to-order or pre-order items. In some cases, the designer may agree to an exchange at their discretion.

 

HEAVY SHIPMENTS

For select heavier/larger items in the Art section, shipping is calculated separately. After your purchase, you will receive a quote and can approve any additional costs before shipment.
